ATP Express Logistics, solely, have been conducting uninterrupted business pan India & international by adopting the aforementioned three trademarks and have not authorized any person/agent/entity to offer the services on their behalf directly or indirectly. It has come to our notice that there have been persons/agents/entities that have mushroomed across the country and have been offering low quality and fraudulent services by falsely adopting the name/style of our trademarks, thereby causing disrepute and dilution of our brand.

We hereby inform the public to beware and be cautious of all such! persons/agents/entities masquerading as ATP Express Logistics under the name and style protected by the Trademarks. ATP Express Logistics shall not be liable for any such claims/damages to the goods and services resulting from such fraudulent acts by such unauthorized agents/persons/entities. We hereby caution the public to exercise restraint against availing such services from such unauthorized and fraudulent persons/agents/entities
